Off-site access http://gateway.ovid.com// (via ID & Password)

IDs and Passwords  

IDs not required. Administrators please contactHKN for administrative access

Changing Passwords

• Go to http://gateway.ovid.com/
  Enter Administrator ID & PW
• Select "Administrative Tools" tab
• Select "Password Changing"
  
  

Maintaining IDs and Passwords

Each site administrator is reponsible for managing IDs and passwords including tracking the name and contact information of the ID holder. For further assistance, please contact HKN.

Training IDs and Passwords

IMPORTANT! You MUST use training IDs when you set up training on the OVID databases. 

A request is required and will take 24 - 48 hours to process.

1) Your organization name
2) Your IP range (on-site)
3) Account Number
4) Date of training and number of anticipated attendees

Statistical Reports  

• Go to http://gateway.ovid.com/ 
• Enter ID (hkn***admin) and PW (hkn***99)
• Select Administrative Tools tab
• Select Statistical Reporting
