Technical Support

The information in this section is for Library Administrators. The functions and features described can only be enabled with Library Administrator access. To ensure that requests for IDs or technical support are dealt with in a timely manner, each HKN subscriber organization has a designated HKN administrator with the authority to contact OVID or EBSCO Support directly. The administrator is also responsible for requesting individual ID's and passwords and for generating organizational usage statistics.
