Training: To support maximum uptake of our licensed resources, the Health Knowledge Network provides training through formal classroom sessions and interactive online tutorials.

Information: Information presentations are provided throughout the year to update our membership on new knowledge products and product features.

Document Delivery: The University of Alberta and the University of Calgary partner with libraries throughout Alberta and Canada to provide document delivery of full text literature.

Technical Support: HKN staff work closely with our vendors to ensure appropriate levels of support are in place for our subscribers.
