LinkSolver

LinkSolver is a universal link resolver that provides end-users with linking capabilities to access your organization's library collection of web-based content regardless of where they reside (EBSCO, STAT!Ref or any other database that dwells with a different vendor). LinkSolver is available to HKN members and can be enabled by Library Administrators.

To enable this feature, Please follow these steps:

1. Send a request to support@ovid.com include:
Name of your organization
Your Administrator Account Number & PW (hkn***admin/hkn***99)

2.   Once confirmed with Ovid:
Log into Ovid with Administrator ID and PW (hkn***admin / hkn***99)
Select Admin Tools tab
Click on "LinkSolver(tm)"
Click on IP Range (on-site) Account (hkn99***)
Under "Activate Links" column, select the product you license for example, "EBSCOHost Full Text".
Repeat for all other full text collections to which you subscribe

Document Delivery Option:
If you want to link to document delivery services, beside "show" drop down menu, select "document delivery". Check on service relevant to your organization. (Eg. If your organization has an agreement with CISTI, check beside CISTI) For further assistance, please contact: OVID Technica Support - email: support@ovid.com or by phone: 1-801-304-3387
