If I have access to a citation, how do I obtain the full-text?

Online document ordering is available at many subscribing institutions. If you do not have access to a particular journal, you may have a full-text copy sent to you by mail or fax through our Document Delivery Service.

Do I need training IDs when I teach classes on how to search the HKN databases?

Yes. It is important to use a training ID because the majority of the HKN databases are on a concurrent user license. This means only a limited number of people can search the databases at the same time. Training IDs are outside those license limits and therefore allow as many people as you wish to be on the databases simultaneously. For more information, please refer to the Ovid Technical Support information

Where do I obtain training IDs?

Contact the appropriate vendor.
